What is the best way? I tried with layout grid, but I can't have the test and edit box side by side. Please advise. Thanks.

Re: Responsive webform
You can use layout grids. Text and edit box side by side can be created with a nested grid.

Re: Responsive webform
A nested grid is a grid within another grid.
If you use the Form Wizard to create a responsive form then this will use nested grids.
