Contact page form

Hi,

I am still struggling unsuccessfully with the contact form.

Now the form works even when it shouldn't, for example I validated email address edit box, even applied mask.
You don't have to give any details whatsoever and still a success page is showing up and I'm getting a notification to my server email.
I just want to mention I've been trying to resolve the problems for at least a month now. Exhausting.

Please, have a good look and let me know what I did wrong.

There is an error in the name of the form, this breaks the structure of the page.
There should not be a comma in the name:
