Hello Pablo,
Sorry to be a nuisance but .......
I was particularly pleased to see your latest WWB21 will create responsive
websites as that's something I've been really struggling to do.
However, I have a problem in that my program was installed on a computer that
has died and I haven't been able to get it to run on my new one, which I would no
doubt need in order to upgrade to WWB21.
My advice of purchase is for WWB18 on 30th March 2018, order number *removed*,
and although the program was WWB18 the key on the advice of that date is for
WWB14, a key that won't unlock the WWB18 I've tried to install on my new machine.
So I then uninstalled WWB18 and re-installed WWB14 but when I tried to activate it
I was told it is the wrong serial number. Can you help please?
I have read your "How to activate WYSIWYG Web Builder?" page and note that
activation can't be used more than three times but I have only had the program
installed on two computers previously, and only when the second was a
replacement for the first, not on two at the same time.
Regards,
Peter Richards

Re: A problem upgrading to WWB21
First can it be asked not to include any personal information such as order numbers in your post please this is for security reasons.
"Flex Grid
- New feature: WB14 introduces a new way of creating flexible layouts based on the new CSS Grid Layout.
The CSS grid is a new technique in CSS that allows web developers to create complex responsive web design layouts more easily and consistently across browsers." so it isn't something new in WWB21
Also note you cannot use your serial number for WWB14 to activate WWB18 as it requires its own one for this, which you would have received when you purchased or upgraded from WWB14. This applies to all versions of the software each requires it's own serial to activate it. On a secondary note both WWB14/18 are no longer supported but will still work when activated correctly.
If you are still having issues with your serial for either you can use the following for the required version

Once you have the serial for either and wish to upgrade to WWB21 see the following
