I am led to believe that using Layout Grids in WW should eliminate the need to set responsive variations in a project.
However, I have downloaded a template that uses layout grids - the Digital Agency one - and find it responds differently from viewing on my computer full screen, on the computer screen with reduced browser width (to 500 pixels wide), and on my phone which has a screen resolution of 1080 x2400 as shown in the following screenshots.

I am probably missing something here - can anyone explain what it might be?

Re: Layout Grids WW18 not responsive?
Layout grids are responsive by design.
But you may have added a non-responsive element to the grid. For example, an object that has a fixed width.
If you need further assistance then please share a DEMO projetc so we can see all your settings.

Re: Layout Grids WW18 not responsive?
What puzzles me is that I have done nothing to change the template.
It is a blank project created simply using this template https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppo ... gency.html downloaded from the templates section to create a new project, make no changes then save it and preview the result

Re: Layout Grids WW18 not responsive?
The template works for me.
However that the template was designed for screens wider than 480.
In this case, the 'welcome' grid has a huge gutter (200 pixels), so if the screen becomes to small it will break the layout (at(200px+200px+heading width).
But of course this has nothing to do with layout grids. It was just a design choice.

Re: Layout Grids WW18 not responsive?
Thanks. Changing the gutter worked - not having used Layout Grids before I obviously need to spend a bit of time experimenting and studying any info I can find to understand the characteristics they use.Pablo wrote: Sun Apr 30, 2023 5:52 pm The template works for me.

Thanks Alan, nice template and it works - unfortunately the layout was not suitable and it would need much work to change it to suit. However, there is another project where it could be ideal.alan_sh wrote: Sun Apr 30, 2023 6:03 pm Download mine from here viewtopic.php?t=93336 and see if it works for you
