What is the price to upgrade from WB15 to WB16?
As noted in another thread, I downloaded WB16 but have not been able to install it.
Will I be charged for the WB16 download anyway?

If you have simply download and not purchased yet i.e. you haven't received new serial for WB 16 then no you won't be charged.
