Why the Form convert to Layout?

Hello guys

I wnat create a "Form Wizard" but when I finish it, it change to Layout. see above pictures:

Its ok It say "Form 1" I created a form but when I click on button Finish (see what happen in the next picture).



It change to Layout, and I need enter the Form Wizard for conect to SQL.



Mmm I dont know what happen because When I create a New Project web its ok (see below). But in my site is not working.

For flexible layouts, the form wizard creates a layout grid otherwise the layout is fixed/absolute.
A layout grid support the same properties as a form.

Now is working
IN properties to Layout In the Tab "Form" I can find the Form Settings and connect to SQL
