Hello
I am trying to do a design where when I move my mouse over an image the image will just move up or down, depending on the options.
How can I do this?

I was able to do it when I followed the instructions. I just wonder is there a reason why it does not work on Internet Explorer?

Do you have a link/url si we can view and then provide a answer!. What browser(s) are you testing with?

To be able to help you I need to see what you have done.
Note however that Internet Explorer is no longer maintained by Microsoft and it does not support newer HTML features.
