Link to bookmark works on breakpoints but one.

Hi everybody,
I built a responsive site with 4 breakpoints.
I have 2 links in the index page that link to a bookmark in the page.
It works perfectly for the different breakpoints but not for the default (1980 ...)

I'm going around in circles and I can't find where I made a mistake or what could cause this phenomenon.

The problem is Layer1 is overlapping your link in the default view. In the breakpoints it is not.

In the link you provided, yes you have a Layer1. This contains the blog carousel. It is inside Layer11.
