Overlay Menu Button

Hello,
I used an overlay menu in mobile view.
When i scroll my page the menu button is not over sam objects, and i can't use it.
How to fix it ???

If you use 'affix' then menu must be placed outside a layer / layout grid, because otherwise the z-index will have not effect.
