Limiting my downloads

I want to sell some products, but do not know how to make limited downloadable links for my clients. Likewise, I know that some websites have not only limited downloads, but also the time that remains to download them (days, hours, etc.).

Could you tell me how we insert it in a webpage or what must I write to create such a function?

Is there any software that can help to create it automatically? If so, which ones?
