Curved Background Without Using Border

Hello

Trying to make a curve background without maybe using the border properties like radius and width as when in the dark mode you can see the border and radius very clearly.

Is there a way I can do it so it just shows the curving background, have a space at the top for the sticky nav bar so just the radius doesn't work as it hides below.

The background color of the 'curved' background is determined by the color of the object's container.
