Where do I delete all these templates pages?
Whenever I want to apply a template page or create a page from a template, I see quite a few templates in there that I don't want. How do I get rid of those?

Try this:
Click on File --> New Website from template --> right click on template and choose delete and then cancel out of creating a new website from template.

Re: Where do I delete all these templates pages?
I have another question regarding templates (master frames). When I create a webpage, I don't ever use the 'header' or 'footer' feature in any WYSIWYG application. And I haven't in this case of my current site. But I used a layer to create a header and footer.
IS this okay? Someone told me that in order to use Master Frames, I will need to use the header and footer feature in WebBuilder. Is that true? or am I missing something?

A header /footer is just a simplified version of a latter, so it's ok to use a layer instead.
