Ready-to-use-javascripts editor update

We've updated the JavaScript editor (to modify the Ready-to-use-java-scripts) for compatibility with WYSIWYG Web Builder 8.

- added 'No preview' option (to disable live rendering in preview)
- added 'Hide' option (to hide obsolete scripts)
- added 'URL' variable type (displays URL dialog)
- compatible with WYSIWYG Web Builder 8's js.dat file
- updated instructions
