Upgraded from Version 18 to 19

Hey everyone,

I'm in a bit of a pickle and could use some advice. I recently purchased version 18 with some extra packs, and just a few days later, version 19 was released. I upgraded, but now I'm wondering if this means I won't be eligible for future updates.

Honestly, had I known about the new version coming out, I would have waited a week to make my purchase . Does anyone know how this works with updates? Now that I have version 19, am I excluded from future updates? Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

Matias,

If you got V18 recently, you are entitled to V19 for free. Which I assume you have. When V20 comes out (in about a year or so), you, like all of the rest of us, will be entitled to an upgrade at a special price. This year it was 50% for those who had v18 purchased over a couple of months ago.

So, I am not sure why you think you won't be eligible for future upgrades. Unless you think you might get V20 for free. Which won't happen.

Thanks for clarifying the situation regarding updates. I just want to specify one thing: I'm mainly interested in the minor updates within the current version, like 19. For instance, will updates such as 19.01, 19.02, etc., be available to me at no additional cost? Can I expect that these minor updates will be free until the release of a new major version, like version 20?

I understand and accept that moving to a completely new version, such as version 20, will require an additional purchase. My main concern is to ensure that all minor updates within version 19 will be provided to me without any extra charges.

If you have purchased version 18 in the last few weeks, then you can upgrade for free.

Simple answer "Yes" updates are always "Free" but Upgrades will require a purchase..
