PayPal Tax is only charged for the last item in the shopping cart

Hi All,

I have a number of "PayPal Add to Cart" buttons all setup with individual Price and Tax values (Details tab). When a customer adds multiple items to "PayPal Shopping Cart" and clicks on the Checkout button the content of the cart is correctly transferred to PayPal website but the tax is only charged on the last item in the shopping cart.

For example, item #1 price is $1000.00 + $100 tax, item #2 price is $10.00 + $1.00 tax.
The customer will be charged on PayPal website $1010.00 + $1.00 tax instead of $1010.00 + $101.00 tax

With this type of eCommerce, I will not be in business for long. Please help.

Note that the software uses the standard PayPal button so the logic is implemented on the PayPal website.
But there may be an error in your settings or another conflict.

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project (.wbs file) so I can see all your settings.

I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for a prompt reply.

I fixed the problem by just removing all tax values from all PayPal buttons. PayPal now adds a 10% tax from my PayPal profile setting at checkout.

That's all I did, so it seems that the tax overrides are not being added together when a cart is sent to PayPal. Do you still need me to send you a a DEMO project?
