How to have resources comply with folder hierarchy?

I mean website folder structure?

Products -> Images
Products -> Product 1
Products -> Product 2
Services -> Images
Services -> Some service 1
Services -> Some service 2

OR

ROOT of the server -> Services -> Service 1 -> service 1 images goes here
ROOT of the server -> Services -> Service 2 -> service 2 images goes here

You can control the structure of page in the Site Manager.
You can control the folder names for specific file types in Tools -> Options -> Publish.
It is also possible to control the assets folder for individually objects in the Object Manager.

I think this relates to a question I'm having.

My website is saved to a root folder and then it has subfolders

website
---> images
---> media

While I'm building the site everything goes well, but as soon as I save the project, WWB saves all the assets in the root directory and changes all the links as well. So now a file that was in root/images is just inside of root. I can't find the setting to stop WWB from doing this.
(if this should be another topic, let me know, I'll gladly post a new one)

Go to Tools -> Options -> Files & Folder and uncheck 'Automatically manage images and other assets'
