Hi dear pablo .
My wwb cant connect to tge internet conncetion

Cant show me the extensions update list . There is the message about firewall but wwb not blocked .
How can i fix this ?

Online publish work true then it seams that wwb not blocked at all
But when i click on cheak for update wwb will freez

This is most like a firewall or virus scanner related issue.
Make sure webbuilder.exe is on the exception list.

Note that this behavior has not been changed recently, so it's unlikely that this is directly related to the software.

cheacked ! This is not on exception list and scanner antivirus is off ! I dont have this problem last week !

Wwb is not blocked by any antivirus . Allthings is off

What version of the software are you using the latest version us as follows

Note if you have recently installed this then you will have to add again to the exception list of your Firewall/Antivirus so that it can make a connection to the server.

In some cases, even if you turn of the anti-virus software it is still active in the background.
You ill need to add webbuilder.exe to the exception list.

The software is not different than it was last week, so if suddenly you can no longer connect then is not a problem in the software.

Yess today i installed the new update 17.3.1 and relized that cant make connection on cheaking update and extenaion manager
Also i added again i to the exception list . Still not working .
There is a problem i think so why online publish alredy work true it means that wwb can make connection between internet ! So its just happend when i clicking on cheaking new update or watch the new extension list .

Hi dear pablo today i relized that cant connect to wwb website with chorome on my windows . But on mobile its ok !
It seams you right something in wrong with my system ! How can i see the website block list on windows ! Is there any place to windows 10 to see the website block lists ?

I tested with vpn and changed my ip and wwb extensions list and cheak for updated freez solved ! So whats mean ? Its means that my ip system blocked from wwb ? Cuase when i used VPN all problems solved with the hostserver

I relized that my system cant connect to wwb with https ! Only work with http

Ao when i want to use wwb website i must using http insted of https !
So how can i fix this with wwb website to connect software with server ! I dont wanna use Vpn for each one i open my software to update somthing !

You cannot use http instead of https for obvious reasons.
You will need to solve this in the VPN

If you use WSUS, and you did not install the December 2012 KB 931125 update, you should sync your WSUS servers, and then approve the expirations so that your servers do not install the update.
If you installed the December 2012 KB 931125 update package, you should use the following resolution to remove additional Third-party Root Certification Authorities on all servers that now have a large amount of Third-party Root Certification Authorities.

The issue you are having is in noway releated to the original poster or the software. The url to the forum has now changed to the following https://forum.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/ If your are having issues accessing via your desktop the first course is to clear all browsing history and all temp files remove delete any old bookmarks and use the "New" url provided.

Was your friends website made with the software if not then there is no help sorry and he should contact his new provider for assistance as it is not a issue with the software.

With all the above said the issue with your friend is most likely related to DNS propagation delay. This happens when you change domains, and the internet service provider (ISP) is still looking for the old website address, but can be accessed via a VPN (different IP than his ISP) because it bypasses it by routing through a different server.

He can try to fix by clearing the DNS cache, flush the local device's memory this will force it to look for the new domain.
In Windows: Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns clear his browser cache as any old site data can redirect him to the old domain.

As he is the website's owner, he should also double-check the 0new domain's DNS settings at his registrar or hosting provider to ensure the records are pointing correctly.

All the above is not related to the software and is solely for information only and any continuing issues should be made to his hosting provider.
