GoDaddy Options

The host for my websites is dropping their hosting service.
For this reason I plan to move the hosting and ftp my four websites to GoDaddy.
They have many options, for example:
1) Windows vs Linux server
2) with Plesk, WordPress or other
3) SSL vs AutoSSL vs no SSL
My websites are small and simple. One website has it's email hosted by Microsoft Office 365. The others have emails that are managed by the host.
What is the most user-friendly and cost effective option to select?
Is GoDaddy the best option?

I think a Linux Server with SSL is the best choice.
You do not need WordPress, unless you want a slow and insecure website...
