changing link styles, lots of them

Post by queenidog »

I have a table with about 100 names in one column, each of which is linked to a photo. Click on the name: get the picture of the person.
I don't like the default style for links and created my own with bigger text and brighter font. I want to use my style instead and, as a test, changed a few manually, published and was pleased with result.
I can't do this for all of them...very time consuming, involving multiple clicks for each name.
I tried to use Global Replace but there is nothing there that can help. I also tried "copy style" and "paste style" from the side menu but it doesn't work. I know in HTML it is possible to change all one style quite easily (Find and Replace) because I've done it with other web builders.

How can I do it with wysiwyg?

To change the format of multiple table element:
- select all table cells
- hold the SHIFT key
- open the cell properties to change the font/size.

I'm able to select the entire column of hyperlinks, use shift key, then look at styles but there are no HYPERLINK styles there, only the general styles for text. How do I get hyperlink styles?

Hyperlink styles cannot be updated for multiple cells because these style apply to the text characters directly, so it can only be changed by highlighting the linked text.

In "Style Manager" choose "Hyper link styles" and make your style for the hyperlink.
