What is the price to upgrade from WB15 to WB16?
As noted in another thread, I downloaded WB16 but have not been able to install it.
Will I be charged for the WB16 download anyway?

See the following on all options for cost to purchase / upgrade and any discount you may be entitled to.

If you have simply download and not purchased yet i.e. you haven't received new serial for WB 16 then no you won't be charged.

Thanks, I successfully installed WB16, and just now paid for it.
