***SOLVED*** How to Remove a Bookmark?

Post by vance »

For some time now, I have been trying to remove a bookmark from my site,
but until today, I cannot really remove it.

It looks like this:

You can remove a bookmark the same as all other objects:
- select the object
- press the 'Delete' key or use the "Delete' command in the Object Manager.

But I cannot select the bookmark object
because the bookmark is covered by something
with 8 handles.

Everytime I attempted to select the anchor bookmark
the marquee of the Card Title is selected instead.

Please refer to this link how the 8 handles that cover
the anchor bookmark look like.

Can't you move the card to one side, delete what's underneath and then move it back?

Alan,
I tried your suggestion many days ago.
But it worked like a rubber band.
As soon as I released the mouse, it just snapped to where it was.

Today I tried the Object Manager as per suggestion of Mr. Pablo.
It did not delete the bookmark but I was able to move the 8 handles
to another place without snapping back.

So I was free to delete the bookmark without any disturbance.
Therefore the resolution of the issue were:

First : Use object manager.
Second : Then move the 8 handles somewhere else then delete the bookmark.
Thanks to both of you.
