I assume you have republished all files, to make sure all files on the server are up-to-date ?

Usually a blank page indicates that there is syntax error on the page. For example, a conflict in the settings.
To only way to find out what is wrong is by enabling server reporting on the server so you can see why the server fails.

Yes I republished all files, I have even used FileZila to delete everything on the domain and republished.

I also took my own site and without making any changes I published it to a test site of mine with the same result the Contact Us page shows blank but as you can see on the live site it works fine.

Live site that work www.warrenweb.co.za

Test site that dosn't work http://test2.warrenweb.co.za
http://test2.warrenweb.co.za/Contact_Us.php

There have been no Syntax changes the only difference is the is the version of WYSIWIG?

To be able to help you, I need to know error that the server is generating.
The software has thousands of options and millions of possible combinations, so there are many things that can be wrong.

Note: there are currently no know issues. As you can see on the forum, no one else has this problem. So, this not a generic software issue.
