Template issue.

Post by Alan »

I have been looking at some of the templates made by your program, so I can understand how things are supposed to work.
They appear perfectly laid out in the editor but become overlapped and disordered to a significant extent in preview and publish.
The warning is that if modified they cannot be read by earlier software versions, and this makes sense. However, why are they disarranged in Preview or Publish?
What needs to be done to make them display properly when there is nothing obvious to change in the editor?

I am not aware of any problems with templates.
What is the exact problem?
Do you have an example?

Typically this is the result. Editor is perfect, in Edge, this is the preview or Published result. No changes made at all to the downloaded template.

This is related to the DPI configuration.

I have found the current location for the DPI adjustment in your software and it has corrected the published layout.
Thank you for clearing up that unexpected problem.
