This option is not related to Google Fonts. It's only valid for "Automatically use @font-face for non-websafe fonts".
To use Google fonts, please use the built-in Google Fonts manager.

When I click Publish to export, only the "fontawesome-webfont.woff" file is created and exported to my "Local Publish" folder. But what I need is if I use other Google fonts in my project (for example the Google font "lato") - how can I export this font as "* .woff"? So the font should not be loaded via Google but via my local directory!

How can I do that?

fontawesome-webfont.wof has nothing to do with Google fonts. It is part of FontAwesome.
Google Fonts will not be published. They are loaded from the Google server.

If you want to load fonts manually then please select "Manually specify @font-face fonts" and configure the font files yourself.

Is it then possible to load google Fonts local (not from google Server) when i download the Font from google first - then convert it into the *.woff Format The i store it inside a local Folder - then i choose ("Manually specify @font-face fonts" and configure the font files?

Is this the correct way?

1. Download the Google Font to your computer (this usually includes all formats).
2. Install the (ttf) font on your computer
3. Manually configure the font in WWB's font-face settings.
Now you can use the font in your website.

Did you remove the fonts from the Google Font Manager?

Please remove all items from the list.
If you are going to configure the fonts manually then they should not be in the Google Font Manager.
