Arrange tool not working on new computer

I'm using a new ish HP 14" laptop (82HG..) and WB 11.6.4. The new machine doesn't have a numeric keypad like the last on, otherwise evrything works as expected, but the +/- arrange tools do nothing, I've tried with Ctrl+ etc..
Does the laptop need to have a numeric keypad for this to work please?

Looks likely a numeric keypad is required.

+ / - only works with numpad.

O.k. thanks Folks, is there any other way of doing it? I tend to change the menu bar on one page, copy and paste it, it appears at the bottom of the other page and I can't see how to get it up the page into place.

The arrange tools are also available in the menu, ribbon, context menu (right click) and object manager.
