how to make contact form i have to take support from other site like 123

i want to add contact form to my website , but when i use form wizard built in processor and put my website details i dont receive mail, but if use another method for mailclient get open to user, plz help me to set entire contact form with success message to the viewer, is there any thing i have to change to my website control panel then plz reply

If you do not receive the email then there is most likely an error in your configuration or problem on the server side.
