content and footer

I can not accommodate the content and the footer, I've spent the whole week trying to be ordered, but it's impossible. Can anybody help me?

The footer (layout grid) is set to 'floating'
However, the layer and table uses fixed/absolute position. So it does not affect the floating layout.

When using a floating footer, all other content should be floating too.

Possible solutions:
- Use a standard page footer, which is a fixed/absolute container.
OR
- make all content floating (using layout grids)
