Text reduces in size in each breakpoint

I have a site with 4 breakpoints.

I create some responsive text in the default one - size is 10 points. When I look at the next BP, the size has gone down to 7. And so on.

How do I get the size to stay the same? I'm sure it didn't do this in WB14.

Tools -> Options -> General -> Automatically scale new objects
