Embedded page issue

Hello
I just created a master.html page that i put into a guestbook page as an embedded file. when i publish the site the embedded page ends up in the guestbook, why would that be. The only time it doesn't end up in the guestbook page is when i make the guestbook page HTML but i was under the impression that a page with a form on it has to be PHP.
Also if i put a header on the page that header will also show up in the guestbook .
I also tried to put the guestbook in a layer but that makes no difference.
https://pristinepainter.wilstv.com/index.php and select the guestbook.

I can supply the wbs file if needed.

The name of the guestbook script should not the same as the page you place it on, this will cause a naming conflict.
