Is there any way that we can have video background auto play on android phone. I have tried, it was auto-played on desktop but not on android even when the video set muted. Is there any code to update?

If you have the latest update then all known workarounds have already been implemented in the software.
Unfortunately, some browsers do not support auto play to save battery life and bandwidth.
