On the web https://www.wfh.com.ar/ardata there is a tooltip (red button, it says "DISPOSITIVOS." On a PC it works fine, but if I see it on an iPhone It opens but I can not close it.
Any clue?

Mobile devices do not have 'hover' functionality, so you will have to click somewhere else in the page to remove the focus from the tooltip.

I touch outside the tooltip and the tooltip text do not close. How can I get a similar effect?

You could also use a Layer Modal or jQuery Dialog/Modal

I can confirm it works touching outside of it on a Samsung Galaxy S7.
