I could not download the 64-bit update available because Avast blocks the download in http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/webbuilder14x64.zip

There is no virus at all in the program. See the following threads/post reporting the same with Avast and how to fix.I could not download the 64-bit update available because Avast blocks the download in

This is a bug in your anti-virus software. There is no virus or malware in WYSIWYG Web Builder!
To solve this, either add the application to the exception list or contact the makers of the anti-virus software and ask for an update.
