Is there any way to create dividers in Web Builder like this ones https://www.diviguide.com/section-separators-2/.

If yes, is there some type of guide I can download just to get started in teaching myself how to do this

Moving to the "Off Topic Section" were you have already asked. There is no guide to implement into WWB but there is a PDF from the url you have gave. Note there is no help or assistance offered maybe another user will offer to help at were you originally posted. If the code is HTML or CSS then you may be able to following
