A problem upgrading to WWB21

Hello Pablo,
Sorry to be a nuisance but .......
I was particularly pleased to see your latest WWB21 will create responsive
websites as that's something I've been really struggling to do.
However, I have a problem in that my program was installed on a computer that
has died and I haven't been able to get it to run on my new one, which I would no
doubt need in order to upgrade to WWB21.
My advice of purchase is for WWB18 on 30th March 2018, order number *removed*,
and although the program was WWB18 the key on the advice of that date is for
WWB14, a key that won't unlock the WWB18 I've tried to install on my new machine.
So I then uninstalled WWB18 and re-installed WWB14 but when I tried to activate it
I was told it is the wrong serial number. Can you help please?
I have read your "How to activate WYSIWYG Web Builder?" page and note that
activation can't be used more than three times but I have only had the program
installed on two computers previously, and only when the second was a
replacement for the first, not on two at the same time.
Regards,
Peter Richards
