*** SOLVED *** Cannot open my software

Hi there,

I installed the software and everything went well. I put my license and everything is OK. When I want to open it, it start the opening, and the software disappear and does not open. What is the cause of it?

Is there anything I do wrong? Yet, this is not the first time I install the software and it always worked. Very strange.

Did you try restarting your computer?

Yes. I tried everything. Uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. Everything goes well up to the final step, entering my email and license key. But when it says need to restart the software, I try it and the software does not start at all. I tried deactivating my antivirus, but nothing. My installation of Windows is brand new recently, all my other softwares work fine.

Two things here. Once I restart my pc, I try to open the software in administrator mode, but nothing.
Now, I see that Windows update is installing version 25H2. May it be a solution to the problem once installed? If someone can connect at distance with a software to see what is going on live, I would appreciate.

I found the problem. I renamed the folder in Document. I called it WYSIWYG Web Builder_old
When I restarted the software it created another new name without the "_old" and every started.
