Link to Contact Form

Website has 6 pages. If I want a link on each page directly to the contact form how would I achieve this.

I can obviously have a link to the page which contains the form but the form is at the bottom so I would like it to open showing the bottom of the page.

I thought a Bookmark might help but cannot see how. I also thought about an additional page with just the form on it, but not the best solution.

Any suggestions?

Thanks - I searched Tutorials under 'Bookmark' without success but didn't think to search under 'Links'
