Is the dialog box really resizable?
Even if I have it ticked, it doesn't resize and it shows with side and bottom scroll bars in 320 window.

The reason why the dialog cannot be resized is because the page uses breakpoints. The (fixed) size of the dialog in breakpoints overrides the resizable behavior.
