Family License? Purchase Options

Seems there was a post from Pablo for a family license. I searched but can't find it. I have several licenses, one already upgraded to 20, and was wondering should I just upgrade each existing license or get the family license. I have multiple computers I use and my wife also could use the new Easy Mode.
Is the family license one number for multiple installs? Is the family licence separte emails for each registration/license or all tied to one.
