Can someone confirm that the 2 templates ThemedFun & CoralReef are not able to be downloaded from the Templates2024 Page.
They both give the error 'Not Found - The requested URL was not found on this server.'

I can confirm that they are not available to download "yet" I am sure this will be resolved by Pablo when he reads this for himself.
