Layer dimension cannot be fixed

I try to set a layer (have login form content inside) in a window the size of the login form to be placed in the center and at a distance from the header. You have selected 'panel layer' so it will behave like a panel.
A panel will always be full width (or full height).

I already wrote in the draft. I want the layer to keep its project dimensions even after it is published... That is, the layer to keep the dimensions (width and height) of the login form set in the project. Before last update...working great...

It seems to work correct.
Maybe you will need to clear your browser cache?

For me it does not work with any browser (IE, EDGE, Chrome) ... Layer border is extendet to entire browser width it is not limited to the edge of the login form visible in project (WWB).

This is because you have selected 'panel layer'
This behavior has not changed compared to previous versions.
This is how it suppose to work!

Note: you have applied a border to the layer AND the login form. Maybe that is what is confusing you?
