I successfully published my website http://www.suomi1948.com
It looks OK using Chrome on a Windows 10 desktop PC and on an Android phone. Using Chrome on an Android tablet, images and backgrounds don't appear. Is that something specific to Chrome on an Android tablet, or is it something else?

You have already asked this previously. Images problem Did you read my reply regarding image naming? Please read the urls on this.
Have you named the images correctly? When naming images they should not start with any numbers or have spaces in them. Many hosts/servers are case sensitive so all files should use lowercase ie my images.jpg and not MYIMAGE.JPG or Myimage.jpg
