Hi All
Updated to 18.2.2 just the other day and since then, doing a local Preview (Current Page) is taking ages to load where there are files stored on a NAS box. Prior to this, I was on 18.2.0 and had no issues.
I have checked the basics, networks and so on but can't see any issues there.
Any suggestions to track this down?
TIA
Paul

Re: Preview taking a long time
Have you changed the size of the pictures?

No, just opened the same project and did a preview. Cheers
Re: Preview taking a long time
There have been no changed related to preview. So, I doubt that this has anything to do with the (minor) update.
What is the exact problem?
Generating the files or loading the page in the browser?

Hi Pablo
I'll investigate more here first, reboot nas boxes, etc, and if the problem persists...
Cheers

Re: Preview taking a long time
One thing to look at is the actual files that are produced. So, do a preview and then go and look where the files are (find out where from the options menu). Check them against the ones produced by 18.0.0.

Hi Alan, I don't have 18.0.0 now so can't do that. Thanks anyhow.

Have rebooted the NAS boxes, no change. I have moved the project locally, no change. I think the project has got corrupted and so, as it was a revamp, I'm just going to start with a new one. Other projects seem to work and preview fine so must be a one-off issue.
As always, thanks for your input it was useful... I think if you can eliminate something, it's always a good starting point!
Cheers
