Images are rotated 180deg when importing
Can edit the images and rotate it and in preview they appear the right way but in editing mode they are still rotated.

Re: Carousel images are rotated
WWB will not rotate your images. They will be inserted "AS IS".
This happens most likely because the orientation of the original image is portrait.
When you view the image in Windows then the viewer will usually automatically rotate it, so it looks correct.
However, browsers do not rotate images, so you will need to set the correct orientation before you add the image to the page.

Re: Carousel images are rotated
As Pablo's reply the software does not rotate the image(s). This is due to how the photo was taken by the camera and the EXIF data contained within the image. So even if you rotate it in the program the EXIF data is read by the browser and displays it as is intended. For example if image (photo) was taken at Landscape and you rotate to Portrait in the program the browser will still return to Landscape due to the mentioned EXIF data in the image (photo).

Re: Carousel images are rotated
Open the images in an image/art program - rotate how you want them and re-save, they will then retain the correct orientation - job done.

Re: Carousel images are rotated
Ok so I experimented and here's what I found.
Pics were taken with a phone camera in landscape, this is important.
You can take 2 landscapes with a phone.
Hold the phone in its normal portrait position, you can rotate the phone left or right to take a landscape photo.
1 will be upside down the other will look normal but both when viewed look normal.
Importing into your project the program will display the pics as taken, upside down or right way up.
Previewing shows all pics the right way up (so far).
________________________________________________
Using an exif tool there's a line for orientation and indeed 1 says normal and the other says rotate 180
Editing the rotation data of the pic,Rotate 180 changed to normal with exif editing software
pic appears now upside down when viewed in windows/folder
both are upside when imported into the 'image/carousel etc'
previewing shows original RWU and edited upside down
So it looks like the program doesn't apply/display the rotate 180 when importing an image but is doing so when previewing?
