Why text link font size is small when show on browser ?

I'm pretty sure one of the help files says that links are displayed differently.

Anyway, links have their own styles - so just create one that works for you.

If you have set the format of the text to use <p> tags then you should only use this in combination with 'enable responsive fonts.

BaconFries is correct, there is a conflict in your settings.
'use <p>' was designed to be used in combination with 'Enable responsive fonts'

This is from the help:
This option was designed to be used with 'Enable responsive fonts', which means that all text in the text object have the same font-family and size (but it can be different in breakpoints).
