There is no standard solution for this, because this is very specific.
This will requires custom code.

You can add custom code via the HTML object.

I will do everything there static..I will just replace the numbers before posting them. So basically you need to see it like an image where I would previously modify the content. But maybe it should be compatible to be integrated in a carousel..

If it only needs to be static then you can use standard shapes and text for the layout.
