LAYOUT GRIDS - Left and Right Column Padding - Responsive

Are left and right column padding supposed to be responsive so I can flag a BP vertical array for cards within the LG and then adjust the left and right padding in the mobile vertical stack array please?

Yes, the gutter property is responsive.

Sorry, long day, I was referring to the L and R column padding - not the gutter - should the padding be responsive?

Column padding is also responsive.
Note however that 'overflow' should be set to anything but 'none', otherwise all setting are the same for all breakpoints.
