Is it possible to use a layer as a header and the remaining page designed with layout grids? I understand they can be combined on a page, is that correct? The reason I ask is a have html code for a search form that works great in a layer but I understand it can't be used in a layout grid. I don't understand/write the code and so wouldn't be able to recreate the form within a layout grid cell. Is there a way to make a layout grid sit below a layer?
Thanks for the great software and help and advice.
Terry

Re: Using both layout grids and layers
Yes, simply set the layer to a 'floating' layer allows you to have layers with layout grids. If you want to use it as a fixed header, you can you use a page header, sticky layer, or a docking layer.
