Can't Save Changes Within WB16

I just now installed WB16.

When I try to save changes I have made I get the message:

Access denied because the application does not have enough permissions,
or another application has the file opened and locked.

Then I return to WB15 and try to save the same changes.
No problem.
Then when I go back to WB16, I see it shows the changes I made in WB15 a moment earlier.

This is most like related to the folder permissions or firewall/virusscanner settings.
Please make sure WB16 has the same permissions as WB15.

Note that you cannot open the same project in both versions at the same time.

Thanks for the response, Pablo.

I solved the problem by deleting WB15.

Before that, all the permissions and settings seemed good.
I did not have the two WBs open at the same time. I closed each one before checking the other.
