***SOLVED *** 550 View Port Display and Overlay Menu

Post by ColinM »

WB Version : 15.4.3

Demo Project Extract URL

Demo Project Extract Zipped

Ok, I've had this before, but I can't recall what is causing it.

I can view this fine on my Samsung S7 Mobile in normal portrait mode.

But when I rotate it to landscape the view is huge.

PLUS - when I click on the Overlay Menu it as a huge BG with tiny menu text?

What is the exact problem?

I do not have a Samsung S7 Mobile, so I cannot see what it looks like.

Hi Pablo,

As per my previous post - if you view that project on your mobile and rotate it - is the display very large - not fitting in the view.

Plus what I said above about the menu.

I'm not sure I can make it any clearer.

'a_phone_text' is outside the viewport.

Argh - that crept in on the extract - don't have it in my main project in that position with the problem.

Thanks Pablo, will have to go back to the main project.

Amazing what a good night's sleep will do - takes me back to my Mainframe MVS/MSP days!

Pablo - FYI - I simple added a transparent layer in front of each BP Carousel and embedded the SVG objects - unique per BP in the respective BP layer and made sure that all objects not relating to the respective BP where well and truly hidden.

Probably a bit crude - but it works! 8)
