Marquee properties

I have a problem with the "marquee":
in the "Object properties", I change from "CSS" to "marquee" and each time I modify a page of the site, the property changes to "CSS".
What to do to keep the "Marquee properties"?
Another problem in "Marquee", it is impossible to edit a text which is longer than the marquee window

This is most likely because you have selected other options that are only available for CSS.
For example, the starwars animation

Animation: up Loop:0
Behavior: scrool
Duration: 5000 Easing: linear
V pause scrooling on MouseOver

Advanced
v Enable Responsive Fonts
Direction: right-left
type: <marquee>
backround: image (but without background, it is the same)
(no animation)

After saving changes several times on the site, the option changes from "marquee" to "CSS".
Press the "Weekly Torah Portion" button.
The "marquee" quickly scrolls.

When it is asked "share a copy of your project" it means a copy of your project, the .wbs not a url to your site. Just viewing the source doesn't help!. By sharing the project .wbs we can view all the settings you have used and why it is using CSS. I have viewed the source and it shows you have set the marquee to 5000ms this is only 5 seconds hence why it scrolls as it does (to fast). As mentioned please share the project file the .wbs, before doing so read the link provided by Pablo.
